How we handle your info.
Plain language. No tracking pixels, no resale, no surprises. The only reason we collect anything is to detail your car well and stay in touch about it.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us through the booking form, contact form, or by texting / calling us. That's it.
- Booking form: name, phone number, email (optional), service address, vehicle details, condition notes, preferred date and time
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, subject, and your message
- Phone or text: the number you contact us from, and the contents of the conversation
We do not use analytics cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not run a customer relationship management system that profiles you across the web.
How we use it
- To reply to your booking request with a quote and a confirmed time
- To answer questions you've asked through the contact form
- To find your address on the day of service
- To follow up after the job — once — to make sure you're happy
We will not email you marketing newsletters. We will not text you promotions. If we ever start, you'll be opted out by default and we'll need your explicit yes first.
Who we share with
No one, other than the services we use to receive form submissions:
- Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions. Their privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy
- Google Maps loads on the contact page. Their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We will only disclose information if compelled by valid legal process — and even then we'd push back where reasonable.
Texting & phone calls
If you submit a booking or contact form with a phone number, you're giving us permission to text or call you about that request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or telling us by email or phone.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are stored for as long as is reasonable to provide the service and any follow-up — typically up to two years. After that, or sooner on request, they're deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what info we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it all
- Stop contacting you

Children
This site and the services it describes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Updates to this policy
If we change anything material here, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, post a note on the home page for at least 30 days.
